PARTICIPANTS' IMPACT STATEMENTS

- Everyone made me feel so welcomed and special.  I did not feel alone or like an outcast.  I really felt like I was a part of the team.  Everyone made me feel like what I had to offer was unique and important. It helped me work through anxiety, panic attacks and negative thoughts.  T.A.M.A.R. helped me realize I am not alone and that it is possible to overcome my trauma.  It gave me confidence in myself and helped me realize I am valuable.  The whole experience made me feel loved, special and important.  It also showed me that I can be strong and brave.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        S. - Being apart of the stage play was therapeutic for me because it gave me more confidence and helped me be more transparent about my situation.
